All custom orders are subject to a separate order agreement outlining specific design details, quantities, timelines, and pricing.
3. Custom Orders
All orders placed with Daredevils Activewear, LLC are custom-made to order. Because of the nature of custom production, please review the following carefully:
- A deposit is required to begin production on all custom orders
- Once a design is approved and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Design approval is the customer's responsibility — please review all proofs carefully before approving
- Production timelines will be provided at the time of order and are estimates, not guarantees
- Daredevils Activewear, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual order agreement. Generally:
- A non-refundable deposit is due before design work or production begins
- The remaining balance is due prior to shipment
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the order process
- All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
5. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If you believe your order was produced incorrectly or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to images, graphics, logos, text, and design elements — is the property of Daredevils Activewear, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Sizing & Fit
Daredevils Activewear, LLC provides sizing guides to assist with ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to measure accurately and select the correct size. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
